Judy I. Stein

Judy I. Stein, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at her home in Kennewick after a long battle with Cardio Pulmonary Disease. She was born in Long Beach, CA on April 20, 1939.

She is survived by her husband, Bob; sisters, Patty and Kathy; brother, Myron; daughters, Lori (Chapman) and Angie (Johnson); four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Judy and Bob were married in 1977 and lived in Kennewick for 40 years. In her early working years, Judy was a cosmetologist and later worked and retired from Battelle Northwest. Upon retirement, Judy travelled the Tri-Cities community for10 years cutting hair for the in-home Hospice care program. She also enjoyed fishing, golf, playing and card game you could think of, and loved to gamble.

Judy was a long time member of Kennewick First Lutheran Church. She was the Altar Guild, wedding coordinator and a member of the Little Treasures Preschool Board.

A Memorial Service for Judy will be held on Thursday, February 16, at 1:00pm at First Lutheran Church in Kennewick. Her family is appreciative of the work of Hospice, and suggest memorial gifts be made to Hospice in honor of Judy or to the scholarship fund of Little Treasures Preschool.
