Leon Jones, JR

Leon Jones, Jr., 54 of West Richland passed away on June 15, 2017 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. He was born in Forrest City, AR on September 2, 1962. He grew up in the small town of Madison, AR with 11 siblings; he was the oldest out of the 6 boys. Needless to say there was never a dull moment in Jones’ house!

Leon attended high school in Forrest City; he then joined the Marines and served 10 years for our country. He was a very proud Marine. He worked most recently in warehousing for Preferred Freezer Services and before that for many years with Columbia Colstor. 

Leon is survived by his wife, Karen Jones; sons, Jeremy, Justin, and Aaron; siblings, Erma Jean, Annette, Brenda Ann, Charlene, Charles, Larry, Calvin, Shirley, Anthony, Tony and Edna Marie.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie B. Jones and his father, Leon Jones, Sr.
