Verna Elsie Fellman   

December29, 1918-February 12, 2018

Verna was born in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota on December 29, 1918 to Arnold Martin Zutz and Lydia Emilie Gerlach Zutz.  She was married April 26, 1939 to Duane John Fellman who preceded her in death April 27, 1993.  They were charter members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Richland, WA and remained faithful congregants to the end of their lives.

Verna was a volunteer for Kadlec Auxiliary and participated in bowling, golf and Senior Center activities.

She is survived by her children Judith MacArthur, Kailua, Hawaii, Nancy Lysher, Kennewick, WA, Gordon Fellman, LaCenter, WA and John Fellman, Oro Valley, AZ.  She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren with 4 more expected.

The family would like to thank the staff at Parkview Estates for their care during the many years our Mother was a resident.

A private family graveside service will be held prior to a Celebration of Life for friends and family at the Event Center at Sunset Gardens on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
