Ruby L. Bishop, age 97, of Richland, WA passed away on Tuesday, August 21st, 2018. She was born on June 3rd, 1921 in Lewistown, Illinois to Sadie and Avery Beadles. She married Curtis Bishop in Keokuk, Indiana on March 18, 1940.
