Carol Ann Duncan passed away at her home October 8, 2018 after a protracted battle with health issues. Carol was born September 8, 1946 in Lodi, CA to Albert and Betty DePauli. She married Timothy Lemburg in 1967 and had three sons. She lived a life full of service and was always thinking of others, particularly her family.

Carol enjoyed using her skills as a Registered Nurse to help others and to provide for her family. She valued both the acquaintances and the lifelong friends she made through her work. 

In 1989 she married Murray Duncan, who was a wonderful companion for nearly 29 years. After health issues forced her to retire, Carol continued to find ways to serve others and was always quick to give advice or lend a listening ear. She loved her family fiercely and enjoyed supporting her grandchildren in their activities.  

Carol was unfailingly compassionate and charitable and always placed the needs and wants of others before her own. She refused to allow her physical limitations to dampen her spirit and had a remarkable ability to strengthen and uplift others with her positive outlook and selfless love.  

Carol attended Christ the King church in Richland as frequently as her health would allow. She cared for those around her and proactively helped those who stood in need. Carol appreciated the friendships she forged at church and the strength and hope that worship gave her.

Carol will be missed by many, though her family is at peace knowing she will no longer be burdened by a body that was limiting her. Those who knew Carol will be forever blessed by the experiences they had with her and the goodness she exemplified. And for those who didn’t have the choice opportunity to know her, we are honored to introduce you to our Momma. 

She is survived by her husband Murray Duncan, three sons Scott (Julie), Jon, Steve (Brooke), two step sons Kim and Gary (Janna) Duncan, 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at Christ the King church in Richland on Saturday, October 20^th at 11:00 a.m.
