Jose Marroquin Castillo

Jose Marroquin Castillo, 33, our beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family in his home in Pasco, WA.

He was born on December 23, 1987 in Los Angeles, CA. At a young age he moved to Yakima, Washington and proceeded to live in Ellensburg, Pasco, Everett and again to the place he considered his home, Pasco, where he passed.

Jose was kind, caring and always showed his love for his family, in which they took priority in his life. He was a loving son and mom’s baby boy. He was the ideal brother to many, and the brother we were blessed to have had.  He would always find a way to put a smile on our faces, so that we could smile big. He was our protector and our companion.  To his cousins, he was a brother, a friend a confidant. He was the world’s greatest uncle, loving, caring, always present. He showed pride and joy to be the best uncle.  He was always so strong. And he will continue to be our strength.

He enjoyed long talks about the things he was passionate about. The outdoors, his love for gaming, the night life, Greek Mythology, his YouTube playlist, and even politics. Jose with his big smile and wide eyes, would share his happiness and enthusiasm with the people that surrounded him.

Jose was Lead Technician at E2 Optics. He enjoyed the Happy Hour times with “his boys” as we would refer to them while sharing few of the many adventures he had with them.

Jose was predeceased by his father Santiago. He is survived by his mother, Maria C , his brother, Santiago Jr, and his seven sisters, Marina, Cecilia, Nancy, Julie, Sarahy, Guadalupe and Cristina.
