Earlean Ellena Powers passed away on December 16, 2021 at her residence at Bona Venture Senior Living facility, Richland. She was 94 years old.

She was born to parents Earl and Sarah M. Hensley on October 4, 1927 in Bynum, MT. The family lived on a farm near Powell, WY for the majority of her childhood. She joined her brother Wilford and sisters Sarah and Mary, all of whom preceded her in death as well as her husband Maurice M. Powers. The couple was married on March 25, 1944 in Billings, MT.

During her career, she worked for the State of Montana and the State of Washington as well as the US Postal Service. Earlean was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed serving in both the Seattle and the Columbia River temples.

She is survived by her daughter Cary (Damon) Pryor of American Fork, UT and her son Jim (Joanna) Powers of Richland, nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

Her family would like to invite you to join them at a viewing at Einan’s Funeral Home on Monday December 20, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Interment will take place next to her husband in Powell, WY at Crown Hill Cemetery.
