  • To the Tewes Family

Wally will be much missed, my Mom and Dad had so much fun with the whole gang and I still have many photos of all of you having a good time together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

  • Tewes family,

Just wanted to send my condolences on the loss of Wally. He lived a full, grand life. Thinking of you all.

  • I had the good fortune of working in the Metallography Lab At Exxon Nuclear all through its many name changes with Wally for about 20 years or so. A kinder, nicer man you will never meet. I’m glad he had a nice long retirement that enabled him to play golf as much as he wanted. A true Gentleman.

  • I place these words with sadness. I became acquainted with Wall when we both worked for General Electric in the (1950’s) 3706 Building in the Hanford 300th Area. We both had done a lot of bird hunting in the past and this drew us together. My two daughters Karry and Kristy loved to go to Walley’s home during Halloween because his treat always was a ten cent Candy Bar. My wife, Donna won’t forget Walley either. One Thanksgiving she invited him for dinner. To fill in the time for dinner we decided to go Goose hunting. The geese kept coming and we stayed for a great hunting day and forgot about dinner time. It was getting dark when we arrived home. Needless to say, anything more Donna really laid on us for not checking the time. She had a difficult time keeping the meal from burning. Walley I will always remember you.

    Until we meet again,

  • Tews Family…

My Condolences to the Tews family.

I worked with Ginny for years and I remember hunting with Wally as a young man! Wally hunted with a massive double barrell 10 gauge shotgun!! Wally was a brilliant Scientist and a very kind man!

I am teaching at Sunnyside Christian High School for the past 4 years, so don’t get to see many older family friends.

    Blessings to the Tews family!…
