Joel (Joey, JoJo, Skinny) Francis Webb

In the afternoon of March 21, 2022, Joey passed away surrounded by family and friends at Kadlec Reginal Medical Center in Richland, WA. Joey was born in the city of Pasco, Franklin County WA October 14, 1969 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He was the second son of Kathryn Margaret Hoff and Gary Lynn Webb. Joey was welcomed by his older brother Denny.

Joey grew up in Richland, WA. He attended Spaulding Grade School, Chief Joseph Jr. High, Carmichael Jr. High and graduated from Richland High School in 1988. He loved sports, playing Grid Kids Football, basketball and his favorite, baseball. He played T-Ball, Columbia Little League, Jr. High and was on the varsity team at RHS. He loved being the catcher (he was good) because he was involved in every play.

Joey worked for Zetek and Curtis Wright as a Level 3 Analyst.

Joey is survived by his mother, Kathy Hoff Conrad and Keith, his father, Gary Lynn Webb, his brother Dennis W. Webb and Tami and “Sister” Rhonda Renz, Nephews, Jason, Easton, Landon Webb and Riley Johanson and Niece Lillie Johanson. Step-daughters, Shelby and Hunter Strickland. Step-brother Shawn Wilson and Step-sister Ronda Wilson. His Uncles, Dennis and Ed Hoff and his Aunts, Deb Hoff and Bonnie Roe. Cousins Brent, Shelli and Susan Hoff, Vicky and Richard Devine, Bill and Nat Roe, Mark, Rony, Farah and Michael Brown, Tory, Trinity and Tanner Webb, Susie, Tami, Scotty and Missy Behm, and Brandon Feurborn.

Joey was preceded in death by Grandparents: Arthur Joel and Isabel Austin Hoff and Lionel Francis and llo Waldron Webb, Step-mother Char, Uncles Denny Brown, Terry Webb and Randy Bell, Aunts Sharon Hoff and Vickie Behm and Cousin Shelly Behm.

Joey liked to watch TV, especially sports, loved eating and visiting with his family and friends. Some of his well-known expressions: “Neat”, “you don’t have a need to know” and probably everyone was called a “Dork” at some time. His sarcasm was very direct, but would usually make you laugh. Joey was very supportive of his family and friends and would help them in any way he could. He was kind, loving, generous and had a Huge Heart of gold. His laugh and smile will be truly missed.

A Celebration of Joey’s life will be on Sat. April 2nd at 6:00, at the Knights of Columbus, 2500 Chester Rd., Richland, WA.

Donations may be made to the ALS Association Evergreen Chapter, 19226 66th Ave. S., Suite L-105, Kent WA 98032
