Send FlowersDarlene was a family friend and fellow first Baptist Church member with the Strands. She used to cut my hair starting in 6th grade at the Panther house. We went to her wedding. I remember so many things and I want to send my condolences to her family.
I was blessed by the LORD through Darlene Panther multiple times over (countless times!), through her teaching as a spiritual mother to me, and through her daughter, my dear Sister in the LORD, Stephanie Alexander. I still remember lessons she taught us as children in Sunday school, and I spent hours gleaning and learning from her at my first professional counseling internship, at what was then called the Tri-Cities Pregnancy Center. I am excited for her for what she is experiencing at HOME in Heaven now, and I look forward to time with her again in our future eternal with JESUS our LORD. Thank you, LORD for Mrs. Panther’s life and influence!
