Sending condolences to family. I grew up on the reservation and often found myself visiting with the elders. She was one of my favorite elders to visit with. I remember playing tag throughout her house and her neighbor’s house (Patricia or Merlene). She was always so welcoming to my annoying cousins and I. I hope to carry that love as I age. I always admired her and think about my favorite elders often. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
My mother has loved Famie since she was 9 years old. She will be missed.
She loved her children, family and friends fiercely. May God comfort them during this difficult time.
