Neil will be remembered by his family and many, many friends for the beautiful smile he gave to everyone he met.  He was a friend for life and enjoyed visiting with friends.  He was an avid sports fan.  Neil especially enjoyed watching his brother Steve play and coach basketball and baseball.  Neil had a great sense of humor, loyal to all he met and at times mischievous. Neil’s legacy will be the strong influence on lives of family and friends.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers from Tri-Cities Residential Services for the excellent care and compassion they provided.  The family will always be grateful.  Special thanks to the staff at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held February 27, 2017, in Richland.
