George William Such, 85, went to his new home in heaven on May 24, 2016.  He was born October 5, 1930, in Detroit Michigan to Trian and Yovanka Suciu.  He married Joan Getz on September 9, 1956, in Peoria, Ill, where they lived until moving to the Tri-Cities in 1969.  He was an IRS Agent for over 30 years, retiring in 1992.  He served as lay pastor and elder at the Richland Apostolic Christian Church and touched the lives of those who were blessed to know him.

George is survived by his wife, Joan, and their four children: George II (Patricia), David (Renee), Steven (Christine) and Carole Pfeifer (Stephan); 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  George also leaves behind four sisters: Margaret Sabau (Peter), Lidia Stochitoiu (Stefan), Cornelia Masgras, and Zorica Bubnick (Gerald).

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 27^th from 6-8 pm and funeral services on Saturday, May 28^th at 10 am at Einan’s Event Center.  Graveside services will follow at Sunset Gardens.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Apostolic Christian Church, 1749 Stevens Dr., Richland, WA 99354 or to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
