Julie was a very wonderful person and touched the lives of all her friends in very special ways. I had always given Julie a hard time about not seeing me when I would wave at her in her bus. I then saw Julie for the last time about a week before she died and she was hollering at me from the seat of her bus in Pasco to let me know that she saw me.
Rest in peace Julie. You are missed.
Just to let you know Julie will be missed by all of us. Many passengers remember her infectious smile and cheery greetings when they got on her bus.
Julie is now in a wonderful place where she can enjoy the sun and all the great outdoors.
We will miss you Julie but just keep on smiling always! 😮
I worked with Julie for many years at BFT. She was often my “relief operator” on many of the bus routes we drove. She was a very unique individual, with a wry sense of humor that she would inflict upon her fellow drivers. She would greet me with a grin so wide that her eyes would almost close…then berate me, the passengers, or the bus, in her own “put down” style. Of course she did this all in fun…and we learned to expect it from her! She was funny…and she made us laugh. We will all miss her for a long time to come. My sincere sympathies are extended to her family.
Julie will be missed by all. She was always smiling and laughing and loved life. Rest in Peace my friend! My thoughts and prayers are with your family .
Kari remembers when Julie put makeup on her for the first time when she was 3 years old. Martin and Kari both remember the exciting boat ride on the Snake River that scared Mom to death and Julie laughed.
Julie and I shared laughs and tears as we put up with those old Navy Buddies and Motorcycle Bums. I know that she will always be with me in my heart and my thoughts, but it will still be hard not to hear her laugh.
