Frank & I have known Joel for
some time. We considered him as a very dear friend. Joel &
his wife Mary have meant alot
to us. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Mary & Joel’s family.
Mary, My thoughts are with you and your family. I pray that you find strength in those close to you, in your prayer and in those of us who are thinking of you in this difficult time.
Joel turned a human foible into an enduring memory. He could make me laugh at myself, usually by relating to his own personal experiences that he shared so honestly. He was always a gentleman.
Dear Mary,
You, Joel and Joel’s parents have been on my mind and in my prayers this last week. I pray you will find peace as you began the difficult days of mourning ahead of you. Mary I know finishing the program is important to you. I will be here if you need assistance or just need to talk. Cheri Fix

Please share my heartfelt condolences with the rest of the family, Uncle Percy, Aunt Donna, Julie, Karen, Ron & Ed,my cousins. I am sorry I can’t attend on Saturday as the weather on the passes is not favorable. I will be thinking of you and the rest of Joel’s family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Your cousin, Valerie & Family
Please accept my heartfelt condolences over your tremendous loss.
I haven’t been able to clear the lump in my throat since I received the sad news. Joel and I knew each other just out of high school and there was always this amazing light around him. No one had more ambition, confidence, or humor than Joel.
I am so sorry your family has to suffer through this right now. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Karen
My Dearest Mary,
I am truly saddened by the loss of your soul mate, Joel. A man that I look up too for his love for you, his spirituality and his love of AA. You and Joel have always been kind and loving to Alisha and I, we are truly blessed to know you two. Our Prayers are with you always and God bless you. With a humble and sad heart, Lin and Alisha
Mary my relationship with Joel was as a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. I remember well the day he announced he was going to marry the girl of his dreams. My thoughts are with you as you lay him to rest. My friend Lin always said Joel was one of the good guys. You will be in alot of prayers as you face the next few weeks.
Mary, I recall seeing you both and talking to Joel at Winco about a month ago. I had no idea, it was complete shock to me. My deepest condolences… MIguel co-worker
