Leonal Enrique Barillas
Leonel Enrique Barillas, age 60, was born October 6, 1944, in Guatemala and passed away from a heart attack on April 22, 2005, at Kennewick General Hospital. He was a Kennewick resident for 16 years.
Leonel was a dedicated husband and father who enjoyed fishing, carpentry of any kind and spending time making his wife and many kids happy.
He is survived by his wife, Aurora and his 11 children, Miguel, Maria, Yolicia, Orlando, Eliza, Leticia, Javier, Rosaura, Jenny, Marcia, Leonel Jr. and their respective families. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church, 3700 West 27th Ave. Kennewick, WA 586-6101 on Sunday, April 24, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be Monday, April 25, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in Riverview Heights Cemetery on 10th and Olympia in Kennewick.
Visitation will be at First Baptist Church of Kennewick from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Kennewick.
My most sincere condolences. I was not able to accompany the family Barillas to the cemetery but I want you to know that my prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. Leonel was a beautiful person, and had a big heart when it came to helping others. He will be greatly missed especially by you his family.
