  • We both knew Troy from FFTF work and Westinghouse Golf League. Troy was a fun person to know as a good, honest and humble friend. I enjoyed watching his lunch hour bridge games with Carlos, Carver, et al, in Trailer 14. We shared in our fun after-work golf at Rosetti’s West Richland Course, and at many fun special golf outings! In our FFTF work, Troy was good at figuring things out — he was always very cooperative and there to help! It just seemed like he must have had a very nice family too. Our prayers for Rose and family, you all can be very proud of him.
