Roberta ”Bobbi” K. Cooper
Roberta K. Bobbi Cooper passed away April 12, 2006 in Richland, Washington
Bobbi was born June 20, 1953 to Robert J. and Catherine I. Beaver. She attended Columbia High school and worked in and around the Tri-Cities as a bartender. In the last few years she found she had the talent to create beautiful silk floral arrangements, which she marketed and sold. Bobbi also loved to entertain guest and create amazing meals, with holiday family gatherings being her favorite. She also loved motorcycles and gardening, but her grandchildren truly put the twinkle in her eyes, and she was very proud of her Indian heritage.
Bobbi was preceded in death by her mother Katherine Beaver and father Robert Beaver.
Bobbi leaves behind her sons Raymond Brandonberg, and Casey Cooper and fiancée Meghan Layman; grandsons Dominic Cooper and Nathan Brandonberg; uncle Bob Weaver; nieces Cassie, Crystal and Tillie and nephew James; and many friends -- you know who you are. We would like to extend a special thank you to Bobbis dear friend Diane Hollingshead whose strength and loving presence was a constant those last days, niece Cassie who also stayed by her side, and to all of those friends young and old who shared those last days. You filled her last days with so much love. We thank you.
A memorial service will be held April 23, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Hall, 908 Della Ave, Benton City, Washington, across from the Benton City post office. A potluck reception will follow. Please bring your favorite dish and celebrate the life of Bobbi Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, there will be a money tree at the Memorial Service to help defray the costs of the cremation.
Bobbi was my best friend! She knew how to cheer me up when times were hard.In the many
many years past we saw and got threw alot of bad times togeather. I’ll love and miss her always!! SHE’S FREE FREE FREE
Bobbi taught me to bartend, for quite a while i was a BIT
bartender in training when i finally met her standards, she added the diploma to the end of my acronym – CH. i knew i had arrived. Bobbi was a very kind person with a hell of a sense of humor. One time at the Jade she stepped outside to see my new car – somehow she twisted her ankle stepping down off the curb. You could tell she was in a lot of pain. Bobbi looked up at me and said “can I cry now?”, I looked around and told her “Yup, no one is looking”, she laughed instead. I wish I would have known she was unwell, I never got a chance to tell her how much I really did love her but I think she knew in her heart. Be at peace Bobbi – Ill never forget U. xxoo Lisa

First of all I would like to Thank Tom Brandenburg, if it wasn’t for you I would of never met Bobbi.THANK YOU! I only known Bobbi for a very few short years. She was a great lady. She used to tell me stories about when she was growing up and just different things that happened in her life. Some crazy, but fun and some not so good. I always liked to sit and listen to her. She had been through alot. She is one amazing incredible ladie. who was also a great cook, one of the things she made that I just loved was her goulash the only time I ever got it was when she made it. She used to think I was crazy but dam that was good. One of my regrets is a couple of months ago we had a stupid disagreement and both of us being so stubborn
neither gave in until a few weeks ago and I am so so fricken sorry I missed that time with her. Not that I could of spent that much time with her anyways cause she was always helping somebody or busy doing something. I used to get jealous cuz I wanted her to spend time with me. But I guess that was one of the things I loved about her. she was alway doing something for one of us. To: Tom , Casey, Raymond and the rest of the family she loved you all very much And I can’t tell you how very sorry Randy and I am for your lost. Bobbi was a GREAT ladie and I’m so glad she was a part of my life I AM GOING TO MISS HER VERY MUCH!
Please if there is anything at all we can do for you let us know.

to a loving aunt who i loved dearly in my prayers always
If i have this right we met at the fingernail at the park when Morning Afterplayed. She was 13 then and had beautiful eyes with mischief in them. When she was 15 I let her drive my car on a dirt road by the race track, except that cost me a tow and a new power steering pump LOL.Remember Bobbi, I married a Bobbi and I’ll allways remember your eyes.
I met Bobbi many years ago when she worked at The Bridge View Tavern, I’ve seen her off and on over the years and we’ve always been good friends, she always made me laugh. I will miss her VERY much, but now she is at peace with our Maker, God. My prayers are with the family, Tilly and James. God Bless
