  • Dear Marie:

I just learned of Dale’s passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Dr. Dale was one of my professors when I was a student at Palmer, 1955-59. I also remember renting the Rock Island office space with Carmen Palmer in 1959. Dr. Dale was a good teacher, a true professional and a gentleman. I will make sure our PR Department has the information for mention in the “Palmer News”.

    Respectfully,

    Donald P. Kern, D.C.
