In Loving Memory of Frances Lillie Fox

Frances Lillie Fox of Richland, Washington passed away October 13, 2006. Frances was born September 16, 1929 in Wichita, Kansas to her loving parents Charles Edward Crawford and Lillie Fern Crawford Shelton. She grew up on a farm with lots of acreage. She gave up school to help her parents raise her many siblings. She was first married to Ogeden A. Flett, who passed away. She is survived by her second husband George W. Fox, seven out of a total of fifteen siblings, three sons and one daughter, and many loving family members and friends. Her children are Rodney Ellsworth Flett, Janice Flett, George Fox, and David Fox. There was also a son, which she lost at a young age, Richard Flett. Her life was kept busy with many activities, sewing, crocheting, and reading, and she loved to watch the people around her. Her favorite flowers were lilies. She also kept busy being Mom to everyone around her, wanting to give words of wisdom, loving hugs and helping out anyone who needed it.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. As a beautiful human being, she believed free will is a gift and love is a choice. Frances enjoyed sharing and honesty in her friend's lives and wanted to be remembered for making people's lives happier. Frances was sugar and spice. She was a loving free spirit with spunk, which got her through her many battles with her health and life itself. Without Frances, there will always be emptiness in our hearts.

Private services will be held for family members and close friends.
