I am so sadden that Sandy lost her battle. She and I first met when she worked for my Dad at Sambo’s restaurant in Richland. We later in life crossed paths again working in the same field of Property Managment. She also joined my team as a Mary Kay Cosmetics consultant several years ago and we enjoyed many events and retreats toegether.
I will always remember Sandy as someone who had a positive outlook on life. She was proud of her career accomplishments as those around her were proud of her for them too! My prayers are with all of her family. She is in a good place.

Aunt Sandy, you fought a very strong battle through pain and stress you did well, may you have no more pain. You taught me things like how to put on make-up so i didnt look funny, its the little things like that that i wont forget. You are always there when someone needs you, and i am there for you. I will never forget the christmas cookies that we baked and the wonderful things that you taught me how to cook. You are a wonderful mom, aunt, sister, grandma and friend to all of us and you will never be forgotton. May you have no more pain. I love you Aunt Sandy, thank you for everything you have done for me and taught me over my 19 years! Love you lots!

Sandy~you will forever be in my heart…I will miss your smile and kind ways.
To the Family~I’m so sorry for your loss. Please find peace in the fact that she was well loved and will be remembered.
In deepest sympathy for the family of Sandy. I met Sandy in the spring of 2002 when I traveled to APG MD to assist in performing a property system audit. I found Sandy to be courteous and willing to help.
Sandy will be sorely missed. Knowing her through our years in NPMA was great. She was always willing to help and go out of her way. She was committed to serving. She was a stickler but always had some fun! Will remember her fondly.
It is still hard to believe that Sandy is no longer with us. She was a great friend and I really enjoyed working with her and listening to her talk about the family she loved very much. I will always remember the good time we share and how she was always there when I needed someone to talk to. May God bless you all and I hope you find peace in knowing that she has moved on to a better place.
I was surprised and saddened to learn of Sandy’s passing. She was a dear friend and dedicated colleague. I fondly remember how we worked together on NPMA certification. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

My deepest sympathy to Sandy’s family at this time of sorrow. Sandy was a delightful person to be around. Her laughter and beautiful smile always stood out to me, along with her positive outlook on life! Sandy was beneficial in helping me to achieve my certification through NPMA. Remember that those sweet memories you have of Sandy leave treasures in your heart to reflect upon with joy when your heartaches seem unbearable in missing your dear sweet Sandy. Take care and may the Lord bless you with all the comfort and help that you need at this time.
My deepest condolensces on your loss. Sandy was a wonderful person, mentor, and friend. If it was not for her, I probably would not be active in Property Management and pursued my certification. She will be truly missed. My prayers go with you and Sandy.
Sincerely,
Rick Crockford
A friend at work, it has been several years since I have left that job. We shared laughs and problems. Sandy loved her family. She was beautiful and kind and I am so sad that I did not know she had been ill. I send my condolences to her family.
Sandra Sandy Johnsons BIRTHDAY into Eternal life Thursday, October 26, 2006
God looked around his garden on Thursday and saw an empty place
He then looked down upon the earth and saw Sandys tired face,
He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest,
Gods garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
God knew that Sandy was suffering and knew she was in pain and knew that she would never, get well on earth again.
God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed Sandys weary eyes and whispered
Peace Be Thine.
It broke our hearts to lose her, but she did not go alone.
For part of us went with her, the day God called her home.

My thoughts and prayers are with Sandy’s family and close friends. I had the pleasure of knowing Sandy through NPMA and Bechtel. While there were any “property”-related conversations, the most
passionate topic was always “family”. May God Bless you and help you through this time of mourning.
Sandy was a truly remarkable individual, always upbeat and positive, always willing to help those around her and always willing to go the extra mile in any job she ever had. She had a really impressive career that was cut way too short, touched alot of people’s lives along the way, here and in Colorado. We are all better people having known her and worked with her.
