Frances Frankie A. Arnold- born April 17, 1938 in Polo, Illinois, passed away peacefully at Chaplaincy Hospice in Kennewick, WA on November 5, 2006. Frankie was the daughter of Robert and Bertha Baumgarten. She is survived by one daughter Romona Martino of Bellingham WA and eight grandchildren, Naomi and Khartonm Wood, Kye and Moksha Martino, Tonya, Amanda and AJ Arnold, and Seth Wood. Frankie enjoyed her work as a security officer of Framatome Richland where she retired from in 2006. Friends and Family were what brought Frankie the most joy. She loved raising her grandchildren and playing cards with her girlfriends from the Wrinkle Club, as well as spending time with her pets. Frankie will be remembered by all those who knew her as a strong-willed lady who knew the true meaning of unconditional love and who opened her heart and home without hesitation. Frankie was preceded in death by two sons, Tony Lynn Arnold and Nicholas Cain Wood.
In Lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made in Frankies name to the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice 2108 W. Entiat Ave. Kennewick, WA 99336. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Friends will be contacted.
Her birth date was April 7th 1938 it was 2007 she passed
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. During this difficult time, the scriptures prove to be a wonderful source of comfort. Almighy God promises us at Daniel 12:2 which says, “…there will be many of those asleep in the ground of dust who will wake up…” May this wonderful hope of a resurrection bring a measure of comfort to you and your family.
There aren’t many words one can say when one you love dies. I know time heals the wound of this loss but you will never stop missing them. I will miss Frankie greatly. She has a special place in my heart. God Bless you today and always.

For all that Frankie had to endure over these last years, I truly respect and admire the kind of person she was. She would always greet you with a smile, ask how you were doing, and meant it. I wish her family fond memories and please know that she touched a lot of hearts.
I will all ways remmeber you my tressured friend we have went through think and thin been more like sisters than if we were birth sisters I will miss you with all my heart but I know you will be waiting for me God Bless and keep you my friend
