She was born September 27, 1927 in Tacoma, Washington to John and Helen Christilaw McDougald and lived in the Tri-Cities for 34 years. She retired after 17 years with Westinghouse and then worked for McDonald’s for five years and Walmart for two years.

  • Joyce is my Mom and the best Mom in the world I am So glad that I had her for my Mother!

We were so close and talked everyday about anything and everything. She always had time and I am missing here ALOT.

I hope for all that read this and knew her that they too will have a person in their life that meant as much as my Mom meant to me. It is important to tell the ones you love that you love them as she and I did all the time. The best part is that it was true! This world lacks good people and now we are short one of the BEST!!!!
