Chiquita Carol Kitty Huber, loving mother and wife had an infectious laugh and celebrated life. She was an avid Jitterbugger in the 40’s, a Hawaiian dancer in the 60’s; and a Square Dancer in the 80’s. She enjoyed gardening, painting, raising her children and loving her grandchildren. On May 17th of this year she had celebrated her marriage of 58 years to husband Jerry. She was the youngest of 5 siblings who preceded her in death, born in Hood River, Oregon on October 29, 1924. On Sunday July 15, 2007, after a long battle with emphysema and congestive heart failure, she peacefully and faithfully went to be with the Lord at the age of 82. She is survived by her husband Jerry, her four children, Jim, Dan, Nancy, and John, eight grand children, and seven great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Friday July 27th, at 11:00 AM at Christ the King Church in Richland.
