Deb and I offer our heartfelt sympathies to the Brouns family on the passing of your mom. We have so very many good memories of time spent over at Dick and Nyla’s home as we all grew up together. Your family was very much a part of growing up for me from my very first days in school at Christ the King all the way through my years at WSU with Matt as my roommate. Your parents were at my dad’s recent memorial and I got a chance to say hi to them after not seeing them in a very long time. I am so glad that I got the chance to talk to your mom and reminisce about the past. I just heard of your mom’s passing so I will miss the memorial service but I hope to get a chance to see you soon.

You will be remembered as a gracious and lovely person. Rest in peace.
I would like to extend my sympathies to Nyla’s family. I was fortunate to have worked with her at the Health Department. She was such a lovely, compassionate, knowledgeable person who lived her principles.
Rick, you and your family are in our prayers.
