  • My name is Heather and I was Luella’s hairdresser. She was one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met. We talked about her childhood and the Mariners. She actually got upset with me one time because I couldn’t get her in to get her hair done before the Mariner’s played. She quickly let me know that she wasn’t happy about it. From then on, she got her appointment when she wanted it. The world is a little less brighter now that she’s gone. To her family, my deepest condolences. It saddens me that she is gone, but I’ll always remember her.

  • My thoughts and prayers are with your families. I often think of Aunt Lou. She was so much like Mimi.

  • Uncle Burnell, Jane, Mike, Terry and Tony – I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Lue. I’ve thought about you all many times over the years and have really been sad that we lost contact. I hate that it is the loss of Aunt Lue that brings me to write. Aunt Lue was always special to Mimmie Lorene which made her special to me. I’ve missed not having them in my life these past 9 years. I know you will miss Aunt Lue as much as I have missed my grandmother and grandfather. Roy and I have always wanted to come visit you Uncle Burnell, just seems we never could get it together. I sure regret that. I love you and please keep in touch.

  • My grandma was a wonderful lady. I loved her smile and her big blue eyes. She had the sweetest, warmest face. She will be deeply missed but I know she would never choose to come back from the wonderful place she is now because she is a new person…she can walk, and talk and see clearly, she can laugh and she is with Jesus. I love you, grandma…you are special and you will always be in my memories and we will take good care of grandpa for you.

    Love always,

  • I only met Mrs. Holcomb a few times but always knew her to be a kind and wonderful woman. She raised her children to love and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. Jane, my sister in law, is the sweetest, kindest person I’ve ever met and am proud to call her part of the Tucker family.

    Love to all.

  • My heart was sadden when I heard the news of Luella’s passing. I only knew her briefly before she became ill. I visited her and BB Grandpa everytime I went to Richland/Pasco. She always had a smile on her face and a glow that was easily felt by those who knew her. I know she will be missed but I also know she is with Jesus and watching over her family. She loved them beyond words and they loved her very much… She is missed very much by Grandpa BB and she will never be forgotten. God bless Grandpa and the entire family… I know she is with her saviour…
