Our beloved mother and grandmother, Frances E. Phillips, died on Friday, February 22, 2008, she was 89. She was born in Colfax, Washington to David and Velma Benton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her three sisters, Laurene, Fern and Bernice; and her husband of 45 years, Dallas L. Phillips. Dallas passed away on December 6, 1998 in Grandview, Washington, he was 79. Dallas was born and raised in Island City, Oregon, son of Louis and Louise Phillips. Dallas was preceded in death by his parents and sister Audrey E. Phillips.

Frances is survived by her son, Daniel L. Phillips Cindy; daughter, Linda L. Olsen, Bob; grandchildren, Brian, Kevin and Jason Phillips, and Jessica Gifford; step-grandchildren Jacob and Abbigayle Olsen; and several nieces and nephews. Dallas is survived by the above listed children and grandchildren, as well as son Lynn Brown Pam of Vancouver, Washington.

Mom and dad loved all of their family very much and showed it daily with her support and unconditional love of all of us. They were much loved by their family and friends.

Mom and Dad lived in Richland since 1973. Dad worked for the City of Richland until he retired in 1985. Mom was mainly a wife and mother and an artist. She filled our homes with her beautiful oil paintings and craft work.

Mom and dad, you will be greatly missed and a part of you will remain forever in our hearts and memories. Rest in peace and God bless you.

A joint memorial service will be held for Frances and Dallas together at Einan's Funeral Home in Richland on Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
