Graveside services for Leanard M. Yearsley, 53, of White Plains, Alabama, will be 10:00 AM Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Richland with Bishop Richard Ewell officiating. Mr. Yearsley passed away August 20, 2008 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Lurlene of White Plains; daughter, Tabitha Lee Yearsley of White Plains; sister, Kay Van Kampen of Ogden, UT; brothers, Dewaine Yearsley of Sierra Vista, AZ and Delmar Yearsley of Richland, WA; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Yearsley is preceded in death by his parents, Karl Gibbs Yearsley and Netta Hancock Yearsley; and by brothers, Eli Yearsley, Merrill Johnson and John Karl Yearsley.

Mr. Yearsley was a native of Richland, Washington and was a member of the U.S. Army where he served in Germany and Fort McClellan. After the Army he worked as a security guard at Regional Medical Center. He was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Anniston Ward.
