  • Evan was a great person, a great neighbor. I will miss our “backyard fence visits”. I loved to hear him talk about watching all the children play in my backyard and their escapades. I still think he used his chemist knowledge to kill that one shrub that blocked his view of the kids! He always had a smile especially when he greeted everyone at church. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Ann, and the family.

  • Dear Evan,

Thanks for accepting me as part of the family, for adoring your grandchildren, and for raising the most amazing son. I will cherish the science experiments, the late night talks and advice, the reading with kids on your lap, the swiskering and the much laughter you brought to our home and family. You will be dearly missed!

    Love,

    Becky

  • Evan was such a kind caring man, he was patient, and had a positive attitude. He loved his family so much and was very proud of all their accomplishments. He adored his wife Ann, and was so very proud of all beautiful things she made, and all the time it took her to do those.

His positive influence to new hires and his ability to have a soft touch in teaching will be greatly missed.

I’ll miss my friend of so many years. My heartfelt sympathy to Ann and the family. May all the wonderful memories flow to you during this very difficult time of sharp edged grief. God has a new angel, that will watch over you and protect you until you meet again
