  • To all of the family:

We are both very sad at the death of Michael. May he rest in the peace he deserves. We did get to see Michael and the family last year. We did not know it would be the last time to see him.

Carol and I could not attend. As you know, Carol is not well physically, and cannot travel. Kristen is there to meet all of you again and to give you all our condolences.

May we all be as one during this time of our sorrow.

    Michael, we will miss you.
