Although it’s been many years since I’ve seen Grandma Millie, I still have fond memories of camping and fishing trips, and the many visits to she and Grandpa Roy’s house in Richland, and how much they loved watching bowling and “Fishing with Roland Martin” on the television. Also, when Tracy and April and I were there, sometimes Grandpa Roy would take us out at night to look for nightcrawlers in the yard. Good times.
Mom, I’ll miss our chatting on the phone when you could hear me, keeping up with all the news of home. Know that you’ll always be in my heart and will one day see you once again.
You’re never alone with Jesus, He’s always by your side. We send you our thoughts and prayers. We’ll always remember Millie as a special and full of joy friend.
My deepest condolences to both Marilyn and George and their families. Marilyn your mom was a sweetie and I loved her laugh. She would want you to take care of yourself and get well. We love you. Janice & Curt
May God Bless you, Marilyn, George and Jeannie, as you go through this time of your lives… thank you for sharing stories of your mom.. she must have been a delight….
Good bye Mom. Say Hello to Dad and those who have gone on before. We’ll all be together again, some day.
My deepest and most sincerest condolances to Millies family who never let a day go by without letting her know that she was loved and cared about. What a lucky woman she was to have such a devoted and loving family and -I believe that Millie knew that.
Millie was a very special woman- she was strong, determined and a very focused person throughout her life- but, she still needed and relied on her loved ones for support and you never let her down.
You were a model son and daughter-in-law and you showed your love for Millie your Mom everyday of your lives together- How wonderful.
Who could have done more.
Love you both George and Jeannie,
My thoughts are with you at this special time.
Love Forever..Lizzi
Our condolences go out to all of Millie’s family members. I’m not sure if, and when, we ever met Millie, as we’ve only been to Burbank about three times in the past thirty years. By the way I’m Georges Brother-in-law. But I believe we did meet her. It’s always hard to have someone so dear and close leave our everyday lives. But it’s those beautiful memories we carry with us that confort, inspire, give us joy, and remind us of the time we did share with our loved ones. So rest in peace Millie, and God be with you.
Grandma- It’s so sad you’re gone. I already miss you so much and I am so glad we came to see you twice this year. I remember when I was younger the many trips we took to come visit you & gramps and we would do the fishing excursions to McNary Dam and the Columbia river. You were such a fisherwoman! I remember all of us at the ocean and we dug up clams & you boiled them in a big pot and we ate them. I can remember the many trips to Wendover. You would bring your lucky dice earrings and a small suitcase filled with coins don’t know you managed to carry it to play the slots and you would win more than you lost everytime. When we would visit, you & gramps would take us to Roy’s chuckwagon for their Friday night seafood buffets. Oh it was so good. I will see you again. I love you grandma!
