NGUYEN, VAN PHU

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and friends, on December 8, 2009 at the age of 69.

Nguyen Van Phu is survived by his beloved wife Hoa Ha; son Patrick Nguyen and wife Hong children Sydney, Amy and Nathan Nguyen; daughter Hop Vo and husband Cuong children Matthew and Joshua Vo; and daughter Hong Tran and husband Khanh children Tina and Randy Tran. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his family and many friends.

Phu devoted his entire life to his family. He helped his parents raise his brothers and sisters during the war. Today his siblings are very successful business professionals. Phu and his family immigrated to Richland in 1991. He knew what it took and worked very hard, even ignoring his terminal illness, to provide education and wealth to his children. He had done it successfully! As a brother, husband, and father we are truly indebted to your life of what you have done for us. We love you dearly! Our family would like thanks Hospice of Tri- Cities for their wonderful support.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Einan's Funeral Home, 915 Bypass Highway, Richland WA on Saturday, December 12, from 1pm to 3 p.m. A Vietnamese ceremony will take place after visitation between 3-4 pm.

At Phu's wish, memorial contributions will not be accepted by the family, but may be made to the Buddhist Temple at Tri-Cities.
