Cecil and Inga were our great neighbors for 19 years. Cecil loved the Oregon State teams and would call us when they won the big game! We loved it when he went fishing as he would bring us a sample of his catch! Our grandson, Brandon, loved to watch Cecil mow his yard! Maybe that is where Brandon got his love of mowing! You will be missed, Cecil.
Love, Bruce and Nancy Johns
May you rest in peace now Cecil. I hope you and Inga can be at peace in Heaven now. God Bless.
We’ll miss you both.
Love,
David and family
The Allens and the Boyds have a special relationship both as neighbors and friends. While our lives often lead us down separate paths, the memories will always remain. Our memorise of both Inga and Cecil and the Boyd kids will always remain as an important part of our shared lives in Richland. It is comforting to know that they are both in good hands.
My heart goes out to all the Boyd kids, and the entire Boyd family. Cecil was a good man. I loved fishing with him.
My condolences,
Gary Christian and family
When I think of Cece, I remember the frequent twinkle in his eyes. He truly seemed to enjoy life. He was the first real boss I had in my professional career, and I am fortunate for that. I’ll remember him fondly.
Our condolences to your family, especially to Ava and Bill.
My sincere sympathy.
– Wanda –
Grace’s oldest daughter
Uncle Cecil – When I saw you last year, you still had a twinkle in your eyes. Memories of long ago of you and Aunt Inga are treasured.
