  • I got to know Jim a little when I started to work nights at Kadlec. Being as shy as I was with new people, he cut me no slack. He had a great sense of humor and he liked to pick on me. Pretty soon my favorite nights were Wednesdays and Thursdays. They were the nights I would laugh the most and that was thanks to Jim.

He was an all around great person and I feel lucky that I got to know him a little. My heart goes out to all his family and friends missing him.

    Blessings to you all.

  • I worked with Jim at Kadlec for 15 years. Jim and I both liked to fish and hunt and I will miss trading fishing and hunting stories with him. We were always a little competitive about who caught the biggest fish, deer, etc. There are hundreds of stories I could mention that showed Jim’s personality and sense of humor. He had a knack for saying something that would make me laugh when he backed me up at work on some Security calls. My condolences to his family. He will be sorely missed.

  • I cannot begin to share all the memories I have of Jim some great, some good, some not so good – we definitely had our moments over all the years. Jim and I were co-workers at Kadlec from the day he started until he left us. I will truly miss his gruffness and also his kindness and understanding.

  • You will be forever loved and cherished, you were such a loving and gentle soul, your family was blessed to know you. The only ones not completely saddened by your passing are the FISH, as they now may live longer without having to worry about you ripping their lips. R.I.P. Uncle!

  • The body is just a shell that we need here on earth to contain our spirits, but when it fails which it always does, the spirit doesn’t go with it, the spirit lives on in each of us every day. Uncle Jim will be missed so deeply by so many, but has touched so many so deeply that he will live on in all of us who love him…. Thank you for the love, guidance, and friendship. God just brought home and Angel. Until I see you again Uncle Jim, Rest In Peace.

  • I only knew Jim for about three years, but I quickly learned that he was a dependable friend and all around “great guy.” Jim had an amazing sense of humor. He loved to tease and was so fun to work with. Jim could be counted on to get the job done. On many occasions, he would be at the hospital after normal hours taking care of business. He is sorely missed both as a coworker and as a friend. I pray that God will be very close to the family and comfort them in this time of trial.

  • Jim and I have known each other since 7th grade,we didn’t spend a lot of time around each other but we became close friends after he came to work at Kadlec. We shared alot of times together since we had at one time worked the same shift. But only in the most recent years It became clear to me just how good a friend he was. It was the way he loved his kids, the way he spoke about relationships away from work, He will be truly missed, he was a great friend, and a great listner….B Wisler

  • I worked at Kadlec until 2003 in the printshop and got to know Jim quite well. He was a fine man and was very helpful whenever I needed someone to fix something in the printshop. I was shocked to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family. God Bless.
