Willis Leonard Kimball

Willis Leonard Kimball, 86, of Richland, passed away on May 19, 2010 at home. He was born on October 23, 1923 in Hart, Michigan.

Willis was a WWII veteran and a recipient of a Purple Heart. He was an avid golfer and was a member of the Meadow Springs Country Club he also enjoyed hunting elk and was a great gardener.

He is survived by his daughter, Valerie Kimball-Lawson; daughter, Diane Kimball-Delgado and his granddaughter, Erica Kimball-Lawson.

Willis was preceded in death by his wife Jean Kimball.

I worked closely with Bill while we were both employed at Mactec in the early 1990’s. Although we did not socialize outside of the workplace I grew to like and respect Bill very much. He was a fine man and will be missed. My condolences to his family for their loss.
