Dear Angie and family:
I am so sorry to hear about your dad’s passing. May your dad’s love and the love of those close to you and your loved ones be a comfort now and always. Feel your feelings, be honest with yourself, give yourself time, and take good care, Becky Mace Robinson
It was such a joy to work with Marv in the Kennewick Police Dept. “Chips” group. He was always ready with a smile and a good word.
You will be missed.
My Condolences to the Marks Family. I just met Marvin when I joined the CHIPS program, seemed like a nice person. My prayers are with his family.

We will miss Marv. He taught us handicap parking patrol in the Kennewick Police Volunteers and was always cheerful and full of entertaining stories. He made it all more fun. He was the most skilled, adaptable guy we ever met – a wheelchair never slowed him down or stopped him from doing any task…he was amazing! Drew and I have really missed Marv at CHIPS – it hasn’t been the same without him. Our sympathy to his family.
