  • We will miss Marv. He taught us handicap parking patrol in the Kennewick Police Volunteers and was always cheerful and full of entertaining stories. He made it all more fun. He was the most skilled, adaptable guy we ever met – a wheelchair never slowed him down or stopped him from doing any task…he was amazing! Drew and I have really missed Marv at CHIPS – it hasn’t been the same without him. Our sympathy to his family.
