Betty Jane Larson

My mom, our grandmother and dear friend left us on July 3, 2010.

Betty was born 79yrs ago to Peter and Lydia Helm in the small town of Annamoose, N.D. She traveled to Richland, WA to work at the Hanford site. There she met "the best looking guy in the bunch", my dad, our grandfather, Neil Larson. They met in March of 1955 and were married May 6, 1955; it was love at first sight. There they raised two children Linda and David.

Betty leaves behind her daughter, Linda Floyd; son-in-law Fred Floyd; granddaughters, Jessica Rizzo, Brooke Walton and her spouse, Wayne Walton; great granddaughters, Anniston and Nevaeh Walton; grandson, David Rizzo and spouse Jamie Rizzo; great granddaughter, Lilirose Rizzo and unborn twins thing one and thing two. She also leaves behind her beloved pets; CoCo, Max, and her service dog Milo.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Larson; husband Niel Larson and numerous dogs.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to your local Humane Society and save the life of one her beloved dogs.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 8 and Friday, July 9, 2010 between the hours of 5:00pm-8:00pm at Einan's Funeral Home in Richland, WA. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 11:00am also at Einan's Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Come prepared to remember this wonderful soul!
