She worked at Lamb Weston®, then the U.S. Postal Service for 29 years. She was greatly loved by those she served. Mary loved God, her family and friends, and also held a love for horses and cats.
Mary was a member of Faith Assembly Christian Center, and in later years, first Baptist Church of Benton City. The family would like to thank the many friends, doctors and spiritual counselors who prayed for Mary and helped her in this struggle.

Just remembering my mom she loved horses, loved teaching us to look to Jesus and have faith in Christ. We re discovered a recipe for home made candy bars mom had written. I also went to a Laundry mat we used to go together in Pasco, Coin Op Laundry, just remembering times we used to hang out and chat while getting the clothes done. Also just remembering the words of Jesus where he said ” I am the resurrection and the life he who believes in me will live even though he dies.”
I believe in Jesus Christ that he is the son of God, and God himself who died for my sins and those of everyone, then on the third day rose again. He promises eternal life to all who will receive him. (John 3:16) I have received him as my savior and I know mom did as well. She Loved giving bibles out to people and praying with people. Mom also really loved the Veggie tales Jonah video, especially the song in there that says “Praise the Lord, He’s the God of second chances. ”
Also I remember my mom loved horses and barrel riding. Still get mail from the equestrian groups for her. Mom loved her family and life and the Lord.

I’m a cousin to Mary. We hadn’t seen each other for years. We did talk on the phone. Mary loved her family. She didn’t want to leave her grandchildren. I have fond thoughts of Mary and some memories of younger years at the farm of our Grandparents. I will be thinking of the family and know how much you will miss her. Mary and her mother are together again. Sandy
My deepest condolences to Earl and her family. Mary was such a joy to all of the hearts that she touched.
I have such wonderful memeroies of our times that we shared:
Picking a fresh crisp apple from the orchard on a cool September morning on our way to school.
Our mini trips around the Pacific NW the summer of “76”.
The picnic to Palouse Falls and sightseeing around Dayton.
Playing guitar hero till the early hours of the morning.
Laughing and joking about how silly we are.
Knowing she is in the comfort of her Lord Jesus Christ fills my heart with joy.
