Jesse Jay Tiffany
Jess J. Tiffany, 78, of Pasco, Washington, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2010. He was born July 13, 1932 in Spokane, Washington.
After serving his country as a Marine, he married the love of his life, Evelyn Marie Zaro on November 27, 1954 at St. Pat's Church in Walla Walla, Washington.
The young couple moved to Richland, Washington with their three children in 1974. Jess worked for many years as a draftsman, finally retiring from Siemens in 1994.
He lived by the motto "Once a Marine always a Marine" and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him wsa instantly drawn to his fun loving and charismatic personality. A lot of his time was devoted to traveling with his wife and spending time with family and friends. He also loved a good game of card with his son and grandson, or anyone who would challenge him. A self proclaimed big kid at heart you could always find him goofing around with his neighborhood friends and kids. He was truly the Greatest grandpa in the world and will be deeply missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn, son Doran, and best friend Bud Wallace.
He is survived by his son Robert Tiffany, his daughter Susan Sanders, his grandchildren, Alise Nolte, Cristi Cryblskey, Kody Tiffany, Kati Demers, Gabby Sanders and many other family and friends who knew and loved him.
The GREATEST DAD, Man in the World.
I love you with all my heart. You are truly missed.
Bob, Susan and family: I am so sorry to hear of Jesse’s passing. Your Dad was such a fabulous man and always so happy. Every time we met, I always received a big, warm hug and huge smile. There were many good times through the years with both of your parents. I’m thinking of you during this difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Jess Tiffany’s passing to the other side of the veil. My Dad Jerry Webster, and Jess worked together at Hanford .I remember Jess coming over to our house with his wife Evelyn, and they were such a joy and happy to be around. Always in a good mood. He was an awesome human being.
We were so sorry to hear of Jess’s passing. We were part of the “lunch bunch” that met every month. Our prayers are with his family.
Blessings
