Anna Mae Crigler
09/16/1920 — 12/08/2010
From Richland, WA, US | Born in Morgantown, West Virginia
Anna Mae Crigler
Anna Mae was born in Morgantown, West Virginia in 1920 and went to be with the Lord December 8, 2010 at the age of 90.
Anna Mae moved to Richland from Morgantown in 1944 with her husband John. She always felt her most important job in life was that of wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. After the death of her husband in 1966, she began her career as a Dietary Aide at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland and retired from there after 20 years. She was a frequent volunteer with the Election Board and Central United Protestant Church. After retiring she spent many years traveling with good friends and family, but the role of mother, grandmother and great-grandmother remained the number one job in her life.
Anna Mae is survived by her five children Pattie Cole Billy, Tom Marcia, Jeanie Welch, John and Rich, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family gives special thanks to Glen Kelly of the Cherished Living Adult Family Home for many years of special love and care he provided to our Mother.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 13, at 3:00 pm at Central United Protestant Church in Richland.
Memorial donations may be made to Central United Protestant Church or the Union Gospel Mission of the Tri-Cities.
My heart goes out to your family. Anna Mae was a special lady. The love and care she poured into her children shines in each and every one of you. May you be comforted in the knowledge that the angels have carefully placed her in the arms of God for a peaceful eternity.
