Thank you so much for your memories and for sharing your heartfelt sentiments about dad. They are truly appreciated.
I will miss Bob coming in for haircuts. He always had such a manner about him that was very refreshing. He was always telling me about the yard sales he went to and his garden. I will miss you coming to my shop.
Bob was our high school Student Body President, a friend, and a loving memory of the way we were at 18. Always a gentleman, always so smart, he deserved to have the best in life, and I regret he never made it to one of our class reunions as folks always asked about him. I send my condolences to his wife and family and understand your loss; my husband of 52 years died last September.
Barbara, Nancy, Kristin, Suzanne and families — our hearts go out to you all during this difficult time. We wish you all peace and comfort in each other as you say goodbye to your beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend. Bob will be missed here on earth, but welcomed with open arms in heaven. Our love to you all~
Patrick, Patti, Piper and Peyton

Barb, Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your husband. May he fly with the angels and join his family in holding a special place for you. Steph
Please accept my condolences for your loss. I read of Bob’s passing in the Idaho State Journal in Pocatello. I knew Claire Jacobson when I lived in Yuma, Az. I know she loved her family. Please extend this message to her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Sorry to hear of Robert’s passing. I am a classmate of his from the PHS Class of 1958.
He was a nice person to associate with and a great athlete.
It was with great sadness that I learned of Robert’s passing. He was one of my best friends all through Jefferson Grade School, Irving Jr High School, Pocatello High School and ISU.
We played football and ran track together. We hunted ducks togetherdid he ever mention the time he lost his shotgun while we were hunting? and all through jr. high we walked to the Friday night movies at the Chief Theater together.
Robert was a rare combination of humility, sincerity and intellectual and athletic talent.
Even though I had not seen him since our days at ISU, I always had hope that we would once again reunite. Now that possibility is gone and I feel a profound sense of loss.
My sympathy to all of Bob’s survisors, especially his sisters that I have known for amny years.
God Bless. Marilyn
