Charlene Patricia Daley
Charlene Patricia Daley of Aromas, California died in the loving arms of her husband on October 24th, 2011, at the age of 60.
Charlene was born in Oceanside, California on February 15, 1961 to Shirley and Dennis Daley. In 1969, she graduated from Dixon High School; and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree In Business Administration from Washington State University.
Charlene raised four boys, Carlos, Matt, Noah, and Sam. On November 24, 1984, Charlene married Frank Jisa and they lived in Richland, Washington. While in Richland, Washington, Charlene worked for several employers tied to the Hanford Nuclear Sites in accounting roles. In 2000, she moved to California and secured a job with The Billing Resource Company, where she was working up to her passing, as a Settlement Supervisor.
Charlene had many interests over the years. Some of them included collecting unique creamers, canning wonderful jam, gardening and cultivating beautiful flowers, painting, beachcombing for shells, and visiting antique shops looking for that hidden treasure. Charlene's family and friends describe her as a loving, giving person, who loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. She was a wonderful mother, wife, and friend.
Charlene is survived by her husband of 26 years, Frank; her sons, Matt, Noah, and Sam; her sisters, Diane and Kathy; her brother, Charlie; and her four grandchildren, Lilly, Sadie, Noah Jr., and Miles. Charlene was preceded by her parents, Shirley and Dennis Daley; and her dear son, Carlos.
Memorial services will be held at Einan's Funeral Home in Richland, Washington on Saturday, October 29th at 1:00 PM, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday the 28th, 5:00-8:00 PM, also at Einan's.

Dearest Frank, Char was the kindest, sweetest person in the world… SUCH a sweet heart. She was so lovable… and hug-able! She was always so caring & inquisitive. Our Char loved our garden and we loved her. We will never forget her laugh. We are planting a hardy flower – in our garden – in memory of our dear friend: Char. Whenever we see it, we will think of her. Char would want you to take care of yourself. Please take care and stay strong during this difficult time. If you would like – come see the wonderful garden – Char loved so much. It is a nice place to remember and relax. Sincerely, Janet and Jon Gibbens 408.275.6123

Frank,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Charlene is such a beautiful person, inside and out. I will miss her very much.
Dear Frank and Family: My deepest condolences to you. I worked with Charlene over the years at the nuclear power plant. Charlene was simply an extraordinary human being. We would chat from time to time about kids, and her love and devotion for her four sons just would emanate with her smile no matter what mischief they may have gotten themselves into. Charlene was so smart and so capable that I was pleased to hear she had earned her Bachelor’s Degree and finished her career in a supervisory capacity. To me, Charlene will always represent grace, strength, perseverance, resilliance, and the best qualities a human being is capable of sharing. Plus she knew how to rock a mini-skirt like no one else at WPPSS.
Our hearts are with you, Frank.
26 years is a gift many people never enjoy. Joy is healing, remember the laughter. Rose
