From Kennewick, WA, US | Born in Camas, WA
Caryol E. Baker, Bush, Bacon
Caryol, Evonne, Baker, Bush, Bacon.
Caryol for the most part was known as Gram or Aunt Caryol to many. She lived most of her life in Vancouver, WA. Caroyl married Myrl W. Bush, and then her second marriage to Howard Bacon, both men deceased prior to her death.
She lived over 25 years in Ocean Park, WA, which she loved as much as a place can be loved. Caroyl had 3 children; two died at birth. Her daughter, Janett K. Steinauer, was raised and lives in Ocean Park. She married George Steinauer. Caryol, had 4 grandchildren, Tim Bush and his wife Kathy of Richland WA; 3 adult great children, and 6 great-great grandchildren, all who live in Richland WA. She also had another grandson named Ned B. Gosnell, Ned passed away in February of 09, his widow is Catie and he also left a daughter, Madyson, they both live in Vancouver.
Gram loved the beach, all the friends that came with it; she had a zest for the game of Bingo. In her later years she looked forward to the visits of the little kids, her great- great grandkids, they were little angels to her. Caryol became excited about them coming to see her.
Caryol accepted the Lord in her life in the last visit I had with her. We are really hoping that in Heaven there is a beach for her like the one in Ocean Park.
She was always known as a very strong willed person; she had a huge heart and was life saver to many of us.
She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Clairice Baker and multiple brothers and sisters as she was the last one of her immediate family alive.
At the request of Caryol, there will be a graveside service at the Camas Cemetery the 28th of September at 11 in a morning, and a get together after to honor her life.
