Michael Stacey Katayama
Michael S. Katayama, 38, of Richland passed away at home on June 30, 2013. He was born October 8, 1974 in Oak Harbor, WA. Michael was a lifetime resident of the Tri-Cities and worked for Rollin' Motors as the finance manager.
Michael is survived by his wife, Megan Vannoy; mother, Catherine Katayama and numerous family members. He is also survived by his best friends, Justin Bishop, Clifton Adamson, Mirza R. and Jeremy Williams. His boss Donald Juntenen and the rest of his Rollin' Motors family will greatly miss him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Y. Bruce Katayama and his son Austin Katayama.
A celebration of Michael life will be held at a later date.
Im so saddened by both your and Austin’s deaths. We will miss the both of you very much. We will carry you both and your father in our hearts forever. I hope your all together watching down over us and we will see you on the other side dude!

We spent a lot of time trying to stay out of trouble, which for us was a full time job. We had good times together. This one was a big shock. My heart goes out to Cathy. May God give you strength and understanding.
aLTHOUGH WE HAVE NO IDEA AS TO HOW OR WHY OF YOUR PASSING WE ARE GOING TO MISS YOU AS WELL AS AUSTIN. ITS HARD FOR US TO UNDERSTAND ALL THIS AND ASK WHY BUT I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW YOU WILL BE MISSED AND I HOPE NOW YOU AND AUSTIN AND YOUR DAD ARE ALL TOGETHER AGAIN UP THERE IN THAT BIG BLUE SKY.
