From Richland, WA, US | Born in Richland, WA
Patricia Ann McKelvy
After a long and fulfilling life, on June 2nd, 2014, heaven was blessed with an angel Patricia Ann McKelvy Patti. Patti was born in Richland, Washington on July 29th, 1951. She was the second daughter to Leo and Virginia Warren and sister to Janet Badden and Barb Warren. Patti graduated from Richland High School in 1969 and married Michael Mckelvy April 11th, 1970. Forty-four beautiful years together they celebrated through the good times and bad, through thick and thin. Together they had three beautiful and talented children; Ryan Warren McKelvy and his wife Chau, Ginny Lee Hubbard and her husband Daniel, Megan Michelle McKelvy and partner Neil. She was blessed with two grandsons Daniel Michael Hubbard and Connor Truong McKelvy. Patti recently retired from the Benton County Auditor's Office where she will be deeply missed as she was known for her knowledge, dedication and work ethic. She spent weekends and any spare time at Rag Time Antiques where she thoroughly enjoyed the people she worked with. Prior to that, she worked for the Giant Nickel where she made lifelong friendships. Patti deeply loved her family and friends and enjoyed going to Mariners games, having Sunday dinners, traveling or dancing with those she loved. Although we had to say goodbye to Patricia too soon, the love she gave to those in her life will live on forever in our hearts. Patti's celebration of life will be held at Einan's Events at Sunset on Friday June 6th, 2014 at 7:00pm. We look forward to celebrating her life with you
Patty will remain in our hearts forever…

I had the honor of working with Patti at the Auditors Office for 6 years and have so many awesome memories of her. She had no arrogance whatsoever even though she was extremely knowledgable and talented. She was, and still is now with Jesus truly one in a million! May the God of all comfort be near your sweet family and may Patti’s legacy of love and faithful grace live on.
Heaven truly got another angel and we were all blessed here on this earth to have had the wonderful opportunity to have known Patti. We all loved her. Prayers to all of the family. Love, Chris and Traci Parsons, Kristen Parsons, Emily, Isabelle and Tom DiiBon, and Holly, Will, Hunter, Payton and Mason Tye.
Mike, I am so sorry. My heart hurts for you and your children. I will miss Patti’s beautiful smile. We didn’t see each other very often in the last few years but the last time I did see her we laughed about how much tax they charged me on the 89 Eldorado I bought from Tom! We talked about how you & your kids were and how my boys were. Love You and you will always be part of my family. God Bless
Patti, though I never got to know you as much as I wanted to, I did know what a genuially good and loving person you were and I think of you often. Dear Jesus, please take good care of Patti.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Just remember Patti is no longer in pain and she is walking with the angels now. She will always be watching over all of you and she will always be in your hearts.
Patty will remain in our hearts forever…

Dear Mike and Family-
We are so sorry for your loss. I know that Patty will be greatly missed. I’m glad for her that she was able to retire and enjoy the “good” life. I am also glad she got to know two of her grandchildren, which I know she was waiting for and was so happy to receive. She has left you way too soon but we do know she is in a better place. May the good Lord be with you all and keep you in His care.

I worked with Patti when I was at the Auditor’s Office, Kennewick, several years ago. She was a lovely, caring woman. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My best to the family.

Sending love at this most difficult time. I’m so very sorry.
Wow what a loss. I don’t have the words except Patty was special and a true friend. So sorry for the loss by all of her family members and friends and especially my good friend Mike. Thoughts and prayers are with you. Mike Childs
I was so sorry to read in the paper that your dear Patti has passed. I worked with Patti at Giant Nickel 34 years ago and will never forget her. She was a wonderful person and a forever friend, loved by everyone she met I am sure. She will be in my heart and memories always. Love to you Mike and family.
In my earliest childhood memories, Patti was warmth and safety. While playing the “straight man” to Mike’s antics, she had her own brand of humor and a contagious smile. In later years, I appreciated her wisdom and insight, especially in one particular conversation soon after my mother’s death. In her passing, the world lost a source of comfort and joy. I’m honored to have known her. <3 Much love. <3
We were so lucky to have Patty as a friend. Her smile and spirit were a pleasure to be around… We could see the love she had for her family! Although her life was called short, the life she had was most special, and to be admired. We’ll miss you!!!
Such a special lady, I will never forget her.
I am so sorry for all your loss. Patti was a very special person in my life, I was in the Auditor’s Office sometimes three times a day. She was the Sweetiest Lady Ever. I will miss her dearly.
