Anne Jackson Weaver

Our beloved Mother went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Otis and Edith Weaver on July 26, 1932 in Lake City, Tennessee. After graduating from Lake City High School she married Kenneth Jackson, her high school sweetheart. In 1968, the family moved to Richland where Anne lived until she passed. Mom's passion for her family was only surpassed by her love for the Lord.

She is survived by children Kaye Marv Chamberlain, Debbie Steve Dunn, Scott Vicki Jackson and Mary David Cole. Anne had 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the caregivers at Guardian Angel Homes and the Hospice Team for their care and compassion with our mother.

A celebration of Anne's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Richland Baptist Church. Donations may be made to Tri-City Chaplaincy Hospice, in lieu of flowers.

  • All you Jackson “kids” did a magnificent job memorializing your dear mom. I miss her sweet smile and the times we could at least chat on the phone–she was a special “southern lady” and I’m very happy to have known her. I know we will see her again some day.

    Bless you all.

  • Grandma,

I am at a loss of words when I think about you being gone! I know that The Lord welcomed you home with open arms but I miss you more than anything! You were my best friend! On my bad days I always called you and you knew how to make me laugh or smile! You were and are so special to me! I’m glad your home and that your not suffering please look over the family! I love you and will see you in the future! Rest peacefully!

To my dad and wonderful aunts- your mom always told me how proud she was of you and how much she loved you all! I’m so lucky to have you all!! Stay strong, she’s at peace!
