Chuck was a wonderful character. He certainly brightened up my day when he came in for dressing changes. He always had a joke and loved to get new nurses with his dog joke.I loved him and will miss him. He will live on in the spirit of my horse I have named Charley

Karen and family,
We’re so very sorry to hear about Chuck’s death. We met him many years ago on the Tuesday bowling league. He always had a great smile and was so much fun to bowl with. May you find comfort with family, friends and the memories of your life together.
