Phuc Thi Phan, age 78 of Richland, passed away June 19, 2015 at home with her children, and extended family at her bed side.

She was born April 10, 1937 in Nghe An, Vietnam.

Phuc was long time resident of Gia-Dinh City Vietnam until June 9, 1994 when her husband and two youngest sons immigrated to the US and settled in Richland until the time of her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vuong Van Phan in 1982 and Nam Thi Hoang in 1979, her husband Bien D. Tran in 2006 and her son Loc P. Tran in 2014.

Phuc Thi Phan is survived by her daughter Thu Tran in Saigon, Vietnam, Thu-Thuy Tran (husband Con- Tri Huynh, daughter Hong-An) of Phoenix, AZ, and Thu-Lan Tran, (husband Quoc-Tu, and daughters Anna and Carolyn) of Livermore, CA., daughter-in-law Kim-Anh Vu and her son Phi Long and daughter Hoang-Yen ofaigon, Vietnam, her 3 sons:  Khai P. Tran and wife Khue Diem Tran, their son Andy of Livermore, CA , Tho P. Tran and Hiep P. Tran , his wife Thien-Trang of Richland. She also survived by an only sister Tinh Phan, daughter Dieu-Linh Phan, her children and grand-children.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 26 at Einan’s at Sunset Funeral Home, 915 Bypass Hwy 240, Richland. A viewing will also be held from noon to 7:00 PM. on Friday, June 26, 2015. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 8:00 am June 27, 2015  at Christ the King Catholic Church, corner of Long Avenue and Steven Avenue, Richland  with burial to follow at Sunset Gardens 915 Bypass Hwy (corner of West -240 Hwy and Cemetery Road).
