Billy Ray Hughes 

Billy Ray Hughes, 56, of Benton City, WA passed away September 14, 2015 at the Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick, WA. He was born March 19, 1959 in Wallace, ID to Billy & Virginia Hughes. 

Billy lived in the Tri-City area for 37 years. He worked as a carpenter, and a truck driver. Billy loved going to the mountains, fishing and collecting firewood. He also enjoyed and was extremely proud of his Harley Davidson Motorcycle; he loved riding when he could.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia Hughes; Son, Randy (Tara) Hughes; grandkids, Garcie and Dallas Hughes and Saydie & Shayla. Billy is also survived by his sisters, Donna (Eddie) Burleson; Sharon (Mike) Hett; Vickie Hall; numerous nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Hughes; wife, Jody Hughes; daughter, Jenna Rae Ann Hughes. 

A graveside service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Benton City, on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 2:00pm with a reception to follow at the Benton City Assembly of God Church, Lower River Road.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the Tri-City Cancer Center in the name of Billy Hughes.
