Jeffery “Jeff” Lance Spriggle, age 61 of Kennewick, WA passed away at his home on August 1, 2016. Jeff was born on March 7, 1955 to Lyle and Frances Spriggle in Helix, OR. Jeff grew up in Eastern Oregon working on farms during the summers and playing baseball, graduating from Helix High School. Jeff moved to Portland, OR where he attended Portland State University, receiving his Associates Degree in Computer Science. He married his wife Marnie Brown on September 12, 1988 in Kennewick, where they have lived and raised their children.

Jeff served in the Army with the 9th Infantry division in Fort Lewis, WA from 1976-1982 and earned a commendation medal for exceptional meritorious service. Jeff lived in Kennewick for 28 years, and worked as an IT consultant and operated his own businesses; Computer Resource Management and FSI Group. Jeff loved helping his customers resolve their computer issues, and making friends along the way.

 Jeff enjoyed golf, watching football with his friends, hunting and being in the mountains. Jeff also loved long road trips, visiting his many friends, and supporting is family in their many activities. Jeff was very proud of his children and was finally convinced U of W in Seattle is an acceptable university for his daughter (he wanted WSU) and his son is successful in his pursuits and is enjoying his own home.

Jeff is survived by his wife Marnie, son Colton, daughter Autumn, parents Lyle and Ruby of Nampa, ID, Uncle Lanny and Aunt Judy of Pasco, WA, sister Robin of New York, Father-in-law Ron Brown, Mother-in-law Kris Carr, and Brother and Sister-in-laws; Tim and Danielle Brown, David and Diane Brown, many close cousins, friends and business associates. Jeff is preceded in death by his mother Frances Boise.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 6th, 3pm at Einan’s at Sunset, 915 Bypass Highway Richland, WA. A graveside service with Military Honors will follow at Sunset Gardens.
